When you are creating a page based on a previous page. The names make no sense and don't match the actual funnel name / step. This turns a 2 minute job into an hour job because you have to search through all the pages (waiting for the screen shots to load each time). When a company has more than one brand (i.e. workspace) MessageHub will not allow us to move a message to another MessageHub inbox, only forward the transcript of the convo to another email. That forward doesn't allow us to reply to the original conversation to the customer who originally emailed in.
