Other eCom platforms have robust settings to set up tax rates globally on a country-by-country basis – see Shopify's settings attached. Right now, ClickFunnels has the option to collect US sales tax using the "taxable" checkbox on the Product Page and the settings in Payments AI, but that is for the US only. This is a critical missing feature for selling internationally, which I'll illustrate with 2 examples. (1) A US company selling a product to a buyer in Germany should collect German VAT, otherwise the Customer will have to pay VAT when the product is imported into Germany, which isn't an ideal customer experience. (2) A German company selling to customers locally would need to collect German VAT. If they sell to other EU countries, they would need to collect the VAT % applicable in those countries. Right now, the lack of this feature makes it extremely inconvenient for companies in the EU to switch to ClickFunnels, and it's also an issue for US companies with significant physical product sales going outside the US.

Before with using paypal, you would click on the paypal button where a new little window would pop up where you would then log in and complete the payment process all within paypal. Now it only allows you to select the payment method inside of Paypal which then just says "payment configured" and then you need to select the complete purchase button for clickfunnels. The reason why this is a problem is because PayPal's Pay Later options (such as PayPal Credit, Monthly Payments, Pay-In-4) are no longer showing up as options to use to pay. This happened ever since it was changed to "configure" to CF 2.0 checkout. I rely big time on those paypal pay later options and need this fixed :(

Allowing cash on delivery as payment method for selling physical products.

Allow a single workspace to create and sell products in multiple different currencies.

In Poland, 95% of payments are made using the BLIK method. I tried for many weeks to integrate this method, and even an advanced developer attempted to do so with unique code. After many weeks, we had to give up as we couldn’t implement it, and the support team couldn’t assist us with this issue either. Because of the lack of this functionality, ClickFunnels is missing out on a significant potential in the Polish market.

It would help both ClickFunnels users and their customers/clients if there was paylater options available in Payments AI. Rather than someone having to pay the products full amount, they can pay it back over 6,12,18, or 24 months with interest. The problem with just offering payments ourselves is it limits our growth to only get a small chunk of the payment upfront and each month after that. For example, If I have a $1,000 product and offer payments over 12 months that would be only $83 that I would receive for the initial payment. If I made 20 sales like that in a single month that would only equate to $1,660. On the other hand if I receive the full amount upfront and customers financed the rest through payments AI, then I would have made $20,000 that month. Now I can reinvest that into advertising and massively grow my business. Sure there are other companies like PayPal that offer this but I have found them to be unreliable with many times certain paylater options don't even show up for my customers. Plus, PayPal is known for holding funds and no one wants to deal with that. And there is SamCart that offers this, except you have to pay a minimum of $79 per month and NO ONE wants to spend more money then they have to. Plus, through Payments AI, ClickFunnels can customize this entire "PayLater" format to be marketing driven which opens the possibilities of a new world of online business. I'm sure it would be quite an ordeal to pull this off by needing to maybe partner with some financial institutions willing to lend money and so forth but this would literally change ClickFunnels forever!!!! This one feature alone would SKYROCKET people's conversion rates!!

Allow users receive payments from their customers via Google pay

Apple Pay is not available on the new checkout form, but not on the legacy checkout form. There are still quite a few of us that use the legacy checkout for various reasons, and would love the ability to add Apple Pay on at checkout. In my opinion, the Legacy Checkout Form is far superior and all of my 80+ checkout pages has it on there. So not having an Apple Pay option would be a huge miss.

Can you please add Paypal Credit as a payment option? That would give your students 6 months of interest-free funding to figure out the steps and test and tweak different funnels. Paypal Credit is a game-changer for me when I need to tackle a big purchase.
