Bataa Ganbat, Thanks for the feedback! The good news is that most of this already exists today.
Filter by deliverability: On your Contacts list, add the Email Suppression filter to isolate contacts by Bounce, Spam Complaint, or Invalid Email. There's also a separate Unsubscribed filter.
Save as a segment: Turn any of those filters into a live segment so the view stays up to date.
Bulk cleanup: From a filtered or segmented view, you can bulk unsubscribe or bulk delete in a single action.
Automatic suppression (already on): We auto-suppress contacts on hard bounces, spam complaints, and invalid addresses, and broadcasts automatically skip suppressed and unsubscribed contacts. That keeps you from repeatedly mailing known-bad addresses. Soft bounces are treated as transient, so they're intentionally left unsuppressed.
A couple of honest limits right now: we show a single Bounce category rather than separate Hard and Soft filters, and exports don't yet include a column for the suppression reason. I'm passing both of those along to our team as feature requests, plus the ability to bulk-suppress an imported list. In the meantime, filter → segment → bulk action should let you clean up and protect your list today. As a ClickFunnels user sending large email campaigns, this feature is critically important.
Currently, when campaigns are sent to tens of thousands of contacts, a significant number become undeliverable, bounce, or are permanently invalid. Without a way to filter, segment, export, or bulk remove these contacts, users must either:
• Continue paying to store unusable contacts
• Risk damaging sender reputation by repeatedly sending to bad addresses
• Spend many hours manually cleaning lists
A practical solution would be to allow filtering contacts by:
Bounced
Undeliverable
Hard Bounce
Soft Bounce
Invalid Email
Complained/Marked as Spam
Additionally, users should be able to:
Create segments based on deliverability status
Export bounced contacts
Bulk unsubscribe or delete bounced contacts
Automatically suppress permanently invalid addresses
Most professional email platforms already provide this functionality because list hygiene directly impacts deliverability and sender reputation.
Please prioritize this feature. It would save users significant time and improve email performance across the ClickFunnels ecosystem.

This is such a basic feature of a mailing service. some might say, that by not making it easier to bulk-remove bad addresses, CF is mis-representing the number of clients that it's handling.

Be able to search for undeliverables and bulk delete! I imported my contacts from clickfunnels classic to clickfunnels 2.0 and it brought it ones that I did not want. I am having to manually go through each page and clean up the list. It is absolutely brutal to go through 20 contacts at a time. And I have a least 1 undeliverable on each page.... and then after it is deleted it goes back to the 1st page....... So I have to scroll through each and every time to the page where I left off. Again, it is just brutal. But I have to delete them. I tried to export so I could see all the undeliverables and then search by email, but there isn't even a option to select status.

Not only filter for bad emails, but we need deeper email engagement stats. Like if a contact has opened ANY email, not just broadcasts. But opens and clicks across the board. This is crucial to know for keeping a list clean.
