I’m requesting a small but impactful improvement to the support chat experience. In this Loom video ( https://www.loom.com/share/e1be2709e1f14bd0a8a84548318386a2?sid=bc428c2f-984a-4773-877b-bf1c773fc00c ), a ClickFunnels agent shows how the chat window can be moved before starting a conversation. However, once the chat begins, the window becomes fixed, which disrupts workflow when navigating the platform. It’s odd that this functionality is available pre-chat but disappears afterward. Allowing the chat window to remain movable would provide a smoother, more flexible user experience. Even better, why not have ClickFunnels remember where the chat box was last placed? That way, the window would open in the same position every time, creating a smoother, more personalized user experience. This minor tweak would make a huge difference for users.
