Add the ability to share email templates.

Currently you cannot change the color, font, layout etc of the footer that is automatically pulled from the mail settings of your workspace. It would be ideal if we were able to edit it's style or make adjustments to make it go with our email designs. Example, I have an email with a dark colored background, I would like the footer to match that design, change the background and font color.

When running ad campaigns, it's common to add a notification in a workflow that shows where a new contact came in from. These notifications today can do into the Message Center, however they cannot include UTM parameters, so there is no way to know where they came from. In GHL we have a huge list of merge tags available to us to use in emails and notifications. In CF2 we currently have 4... plug any custom tags you add to a customer profile. Please add more merge tags...

The ability to create a single email template that would apply to all System Emails.

My experience with other email marketing tools is that when you create a mass-distributed email, the platform's programming adds a "View in Browser" link to the top of the message. The viewable web page is auto-generated from the email sent to recipients. This link serves as a fallback for recipients to view the message online if the content does not display properly in their email client.

Currently if I want to share a video in an email template in a campain, my only choices are YouTube and Vimeo. I use Voomly for all my video hosting. And since Voomly is a Clickfunnels company, this would only make sense.

Right now, the new system email templates have been added to workspaces, however, if you try to customize it, the option is to do it from the old email templates

I'm looking for a way to add a pdf instead of a link to my newsletter. Would be great if this feature could be added :)

I have a client who's inbox was full, therefore an email bounced. The system marked them as "undeliverable" which mean I can never email them from the system ever again. They can't even receive magic links, so they don't have access to any of their purchased content. This customer is disappointed, has stopped showing up to live events and I fear the relationship is broken. I would love to be able to be able to change the undeliverable status OR be able to petition to have it changed from inside the system

Currently, the ClickFunnels page builder allows us to create global elements that can be edited once and automatically updated across multiple pages. This functionality is incredibly useful, and I believe implementing a similar feature within the email builder would be a game-changer. The idea is to allow users to create global elements or sections within emails, such as headers, footers, or recurring content blocks, which could be edited in one place and updated across multiple emails instantly. This would save time, reduce errors, and ensure brand consistency across email campaigns
