Search contacts by bad email address and then bulk delete them.

Be able to merge a customer that has multiple contacts. I am shocked we can't do that already.

This would be a huge help in making things faster and easier. Right now there's no option to include tags in CSV exports.

When scheduling a meeting with Appointments the calendar starts on Sunday. But for Europeans this gets so confusing and mistakes happen because our week starts on Monday. Would be great to have a feature for "European Calendar" so we can choose.

I call a lot of leads and I'd love to handle everything I need from the contacts window during the call make notes make calls listen to the recording of the call (and maybe even an AI summary of the call) see and send messages/emails quickly assign tags and change opportunity status create appointment set reminders assign tasks quickly see if this is a hot, warm or cold lead WIth everything in one place, we can have more time to focus on what matters most, get customers.

Add the option to display UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) directly in the contact overview section. This would make it much easier to immediately understand where leads are coming from without digging into other tabs.

Today, only select Custom Contact Attributes from Survey answers can be sent through Webhooks—specifically, single choice or multi-choice fields, but not Text Input. We want to be able to send all survey answers, including both text input and choice fields, through a Webhook. In fact, Text Input custom attributes are not even stores with the Contact to begin with, so the problem may be before the webhook! If one member has purchased items using 2 different emails, there should be an easy way to merge the two contact cards into one, rather than having to add/delete manually

Ability to filter based on contact conditions and then bulk update any contact detail. Such as add/remove tags, enroll/unenroll, add custom field data, add products, notes
