Here's the diagnostic detail you asked for:

"List all funnels in workspace 475494" (and similar prompts to write page markup, refresh tokens, etc.)

Two distinct errors at different times:

Earlier (about a week ago): status: 403 — trusted-platform access not enabled for this workspace (on page markup calls) and status: 401 — token expired (on OAuth token refresh attempts)

Just now (4:47 PM CT today): Tool 'CF2_LIST_FUNNELS' not found — the native CF2 toolkit isn't registered as an available tool in this workspace. The system suggests unrelated tools (e.g., CAL_LIST_ATTENDEES) instead.

The MarketingSecrets.ai "Optimized" model (managed model selection). The specific underlying model isn't disclosed to me.

System-managed per task. For routine CF API calls like list funnels, this would be a low-effort task.

The shift from 403/401 (API-level rejections) to "Tool not found" (tool-level missing) suggests the issue might have moved. The earlier errors might have been the platform restriction Jeremiah cited. The current error looks more like a tool registration gap.

Is the missing CF2 toolkit registration in this workspace the actual blocker? Or is there something else I should be looking at?

I see that you would like to use the Marketingsecrets.ai CoS working on your own workspace. This is an older restriction which has been lifted a while ago. If you are still running into this, could you please contact support sharing your prompt, the response you get from CoS and the model including thinking effort you are using.

I'm a ClickFunnels customer building a digital product (the Whistle prototype, a companion app for high school sports officials) where my AI integration does a lot of the marketing-funnel and page-build work alongside me. The ClickFunnels platform has been great for the waitlist funnel itself — but my CoS integration can't be authorized as a workspace admin or write page body markup programmatically because ClickFunnels currently requires a real, deliverable email address to create any team member profile.

What I'd love to see:

A workspace-level permission for AI integrations and bots, granted directly to the integration (similar to how you'd authorize a third-party app like Zapier, Make, or n8n via OAuth or API key) — not requiring a human user's personal email.

Trusted-platform API access as a workspace-level flag that can be toggled on by the workspace owner, without requiring the integration to have a human email account attached.

A way to grant an AI integration builder/editor permissions on specific pages or funnels without the integration needing to log in as a human.

Use case: I'm building a prototype now that requires the AI to create and edit pages inside an existing funnel. The waitlist funnel works fine because I built it manually, but the prototype work requires programmatic access. Without this, AI-powered page-building inside CF is locked out for everyone, not just me.

Hopefully this is helpful — I'd love to see CF support this as AI agents become more common in the workspace tools space.
