Direct Debit, and specifically GoCardless, is important for long-term memberships in the UK and EU.

My use case is an ongoing membership for a predominantly UK and EU audience, where Direct Debit is the preferred and most customer-friendly payment method for long-term retention (rather than cards).
I understand that GoCardless is not currently listed as a supported payment processor. However, I wanted to check:
  • Is there any way to integrate GoCardless via API, webhook, or custom payment workflow with ClickFunnels for subscription-based memberships?
  • If not currently supported, is Direct Debit (e.g. GoCardless) on your roadmap for memberships, given its common use in the UK/EU market?
  • Are there any recommended or officially supported workarounds for handling Direct Debit memberships alongside Stripe (e.g. external mandate creation with membership access triggered via API or webhook)?
This is specifically for recurring membership billing, not one-off payments or upsells.
I’m keen to keep the checkout and member experience as seamless as possible while supporting long-term commitment and retention.
