Feature Requests

I'd love to submit a feature request for the Courses area. Currently, when a module contains a submodule, the submodule only appears in the course sidebar and not in the main lesson tiles. This means students can complete every lesson they see on the page and think they've finished the module, without realizing there's an entire submodule they haven't visited. On mobile, this is even more confusing because the lesson tiles are the primary navigation. My suggestion is to have submodules integrated directly into the existing lessons element, in the same position and order they're arranged in the Courses admin area. For example, if the course structure is: Lesson 1 Lesson 2 Submodule Lesson 3 ...then the student-facing page should display that same structure, with the submodule appearing between Lessons 2 and 3 as its own clickable tile. This way, the lesson page accurately reflects the course structure created by the course owner, and students won't accidentally miss content because it only exists in the sidebar. I think this would make the learning experience much more intuitive, especially on mobile, and reduce confusion for both students and course creators.

I have multiple Stripe accounts within an organization and it would be helpful if we can see the Stripe Account ID that is connected in the Payments AI Gateway. There is currently very minimal information when choosing "Configure" within the gateway section for Stripe

The Contact profile's Activity tab tracks a detailed timeline per contact — email opens, email clicks, page views, funnel workflow pageviews/visits, and workflow enter/exit steps (recently redesigned per your changelog). This data is clearly captured and stored, but there's no way to retrieve it via the V2 API. The Contacts endpoints only expose current state (tags, custom attributes) — not the event history. Use case: we run multi-touch email/funnel campaigns and need to analyze contact-level behavior after the fact (which email drove a click, how many touches before conversion, drop-off points) to improve targeting and messaging. Right now the only way to see this is manually opening each contact's profile in the UI — not viable at any real scale. Requesting either: A GET /contacts/{id}/activities (or similar) endpoint returning the same timeline shown in the UI, with pagination and date filtering, or Confirmation that Webhooks::Outgoing::Events (List Events) contains this data workspace-wide regardless of when an endpoint was configured — if so, better documentation of that would solve this without new engineering work. Happy to be a beta tester for this if it's in development.

Currently you cannot change the color, font, layout etc of the footer that is automatically pulled from the mail settings of your workspace. It would be ideal if we were able to edit it's style or make adjustments to make it go with our email designs. Example, I have an email with a dark colored background, I would like the footer to match that design, change the background and font color.

ClickFunnels support confirmed that photo URLs imported from a third-party application can only be stored as plain text inside a Custom Attributes field. For example, I currently collect customers’ opt-in information and social profile photos through Jotform, then transfer that data via Zapier into ClickFunnels. However, the photo URL remains plain text inside the Custom Attributes field and is not clickable or displayed as an image. I would like to suggest adding support for either clickable photo URLs inside the Custom Attributes field or a dedicated image/photo field that displays the picture directly within the customer’s profile. Not every ClickFunnels user is simply selling one or two products through a funnel. Many businesses manage customer databases where each person may be associated with profile photos, products, inventory, submissions, or other visual records. Without this capability, users are forced to move their data into Airtable, Supabase, or another external platform just to manage and view images associated with their customers. Adding clickable image links - or even better, displaying the images directly inside the Custom Attributes field - would make ClickFunnels a much more useful CRM for businesses that rely on visual information.

Native ClickFunnels forms should have an option to only accept submissions that originate from approved domains (e.g. mydomain.com ). This would prevent bots from posting directly to the form endpoint and creating spam contacts. Similar functionality exists in other website builders and would provide lightweight server-side protection without requiring third-party CAPTCHA or custom proxy servers.

It would be great to have even a basic search where people could search to find a specific lesson etc.. It would be even more amazing to have an ai search function for courses and memberships that lets people ask a question that is then answered based on the knowledge base of the membership/ courses. The only platform I know of that does this is membership.io and I think it would be a real differentiator for CF.

Currently, the invoices I send to my customers are only valid for 24 hours, which is not enough time, and I have to keep sending new invoices because customers don't manage to make the payment in time. There should be an option to choose the expiration date.
