Feature Requests

I don't like using Facebook, but I definitely like the way they have structured the tabs within their groups environment. You can have tabs with an About section, Discussion, Featured, Members, Events, Media, and Files (see attachment). In Clickfunnels you only have a Discussion and a Members tab. It would be great to have the Events, Media, and Files tabs added in the Clickfunnels groups environment as well. The Events tab would contain upcoming and past events. Media would contain all images and videos. Files would contain PDFs, PowerPoints, Excel or Word documents and it would allow group members to access shared files in one centralized location without people having to leave the community page and stay engaged. Now you can upload images and videos as a post, but that's too limiting and would lead to endless scrolling, especially when the group gets bigger and more active/engaged. It would really eliminate the need to search through posts or rely on external links. More engagement would improve member experience and resource organization.

This would be a nice feature that could be turned on for your group/community to be discoverable by others in like a "ClickFunnels shared Communities" type platform. Admins could either turn their whole community or just certain groups to be discoverable with this feature. This will increase visibility of community members to learn about other communities/groups and grow admin's following and income if community is "paid".

Would love to have the individual "user levels" inside of community next to our community / courses usernames Instead of ONLY leveling up from engagement points (which is awesome) Please allow admins the ability to set CUSTOM points for multiple use cases. Ex. If i host a challenge via Zoom, i would like to be able to ADD points for user who may have participated in the ZOOM call so they can level up and unlock resources from the leaderboards (which im sure you are adding in eventually) PS: THANK YOU to the entire ClickFunnels backend team for allowing us to have a word in the features of the platform, it's truly a blessing. Your speedy and weekly delivery of features and updates is much appreciated!

Non community members who are sent to our public communities should receive a pop up " Join " or " Sign In" request once they attempt to engage with any community post (ex., like, comment, SAVE?) This will allow us to get more engaged leads in our communities and also our CRM. This will allow the post itself to function as a type of lead magnet getting new members in our system. I was checking on my community privacy settings from an incognito tab and when i went to click LIKE or COMMENT buttons .. NOTHING happened... I was confused... almost thinking the website froze or something!! If i had been a random user i personally would have just left I believe it is very important to have a CTA at that point of engagement where they want to be apart of the community but they need to know what to do next with some type of simple pop up join request

It would be great to showcase scheduled events for specific groups inside their community area so members can RSVP and add to calendar without using Add Event!

I'd like to be able to send direct messages to people in the community and keep them on platform. We use this feature in other programs to upsell people.

In the community app, I need to be able to pin posts at the top of Groups AND Topics and have them only be pinned in THAT group or topic, (not at the top of the group feed)

Enhance Notifications of activity in our hosted community groups I see that recently a workflow trigger was added for when a post is made, but still not for when comments are made. Unless I'm missing something, I'm not understanding how to host a group if we are not notified of all activity in it? Shouldn't this be default as the host without having to setup special workflows for it? If there's not a way to do this, please at least add triggers for every type of activity (including comments) so we can setup the needed notification workflows to effectively host a group.

Is it possible to get an editor for the community so the layout can be customised like adjusting the font or colour to match our business style?

Please can you add post scheduling to community's this is a massive feature needed to run the community smoothly
