Ability to add "Individual Notes" in a contact's profile
under review

I would love the ability to add a note to a contacts profile outside of bulk notes and notes in the opportunity section. After I speak with a contact and gain relevant insights I would love to record those notes even if they are not a specific opportunity. I had this flexibility in other CRM's and it's invaluable. For instance I'm talking to someone and taking notes about their house. Bedrooms, bathrooms, repairs needed, etc. Random notes.

I would really like to have a "note" section into my contact page
so i can insert notes like "I called the contact, he answered asking if i can send a personalized quote for my product"

Hey Nick Newsome Thank you for your feedback and adding this request. That's a great suggestion! We'll be sure to keep this open for others to vote on and for our dev team for review.

Hey Nick Newsome, there is a "notes" functionality in the Opportunities/CRM app if you are already using that. Otherwise, you could create a Custom Attribute "note", and assign it to contacts that you would take a note on, with the note text as the value of the custom attribute. Would that work for you?

Rich Steinmetz (ClickFunnels Engineering) Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, that works, although I had to dig a little to figure it out. Thanks for your help!

Using CF2.0 as my new database for contacts and my main CRM, I haven't seen the ability to add notes to a contact. Lets say I want to save some notes from a conversation, it would be amazing to have the ability to do so rather than using an entirely different database. Thank you for you help.

In the meantime, here are 2 ways you can take notes in a contact's profile
- in the Activity Tab
- in the Message Hub > contact profile
Here's a video of how to do this: https://www.loom.com/share/3e0566054335442b9a803e2c2cf095e6?sid=316c3757-5697-413d-bd8a-7570ad7fa201

David Lamoureux (Product Support Analyst) Thank you for sharing with the team. And, thank you for showing me the ability to add a note in the Message Hub section. Still not quite what I'm looking for but the best option so far. I thought I would take a screenshot of what would help me the most. BTW, I realize this is just me. It probably isn't a high priority for others. But, I use this a ton with my day job. They use GoHighLevel (which overall I'm no fan of but I love this feature). If I have an interaction with someone for instance someone that is already a client (high ticket/low ticket) it would great to record notes from that interaction.
I plan on using CF 2.0 for two companies. First - use one workspace for real estate investing. After talking to a lead it would be nice to have a highly flexible space to record notes about their property as I pointed out in my original post above. Second - I coach other investors. It would be nice if I take any kind of calls about products/services/complaints/etc to record notes about those interactions. That's a fairly common function to use a CRM for. At least it has been for us. Oh, and the ability to have separate notes for each interaction. You'll see on the screenshot how I drew in additional red boxes to represent more than one note being recorded over time.
I'll attach a screen shot then leave you alone about this. haha

Chris Strickland: Thanks you for adding additional information. I agree with you. This would be a nice addition to our platform. I'll be sure to bring it up to the appropriate team.
