Head to
Workspace Settings → Workspace Attributes
, click Add Workspace Attribute
, give it a label (like "Business Name" or "Workdays"), pick a type, and set a value. A key gets generated automatically from the label, and you can reference it anywhere with {{workspace.your_attribute}}
