Complete Visibility in Contact Activity
Course enrollments and unenrollments now appear as trackable events in the Contact Activity tab, showing you exactly what happened, which course was involved, and who or what triggered the action.
When a contact is enrolled in or unenrolled from a course, you'll see a clear event in their activity timeline showing:

- Which coursethey were enrolled in or unenrolled from
- Who triggered itβ whether it was you, a team member, a workflow, or an API call
- When it happenedwith a timestamp
This makes it easy to understand a contact's complete course history, troubleshoot access issues, and see how your workflows are managing course enrollments automatically.
