Guided Four-Step Wizard with Segments, Resend to Non-Openers, and More
We've redesigned broadcast creation into a guided four-step wizard (Content → Audience → Send Details → Review) that keeps you focused and makes creating email broadcasts easier than ever.
What's new:
- 🎯 Four-Step Guided Wizard: Clear progression through Content, Audience, Settings, and Review—no more jumping around or getting lost in the creation flow. The wizard keeps you focused on one step at a time, and you're no longer forced into the editor after choosing a template. You can preview your email, see mobile and desktop views, check deliverability status, and review all details before anything goes out.
- 📋 Send to Saved Segments: A long-requested feature is finally here—you can now send broadcasts directly to saved segments. Just select your segment from the refreshed filter UI (which now matches the Contacts index), and you're ready to go. This makes it incredibly easy to send targeted emails to specific groups you've already created.
- 🔄 Resend to Non-Openers: After a broadcast is sent, you can now click "Resend to Unopened" to automatically create a follow-up broadcast pre-filtered to contacts who didn't open the original. This feature becomes available 24 hours after your broadcast completes, making it easy to reach people who missed your message the first time.
Post-send improvements:
- 📊 Better Stats View: Reformatted stats are easier to read, and clicking any stat (opens, clicks, bounces) filters the recipients list to that event type.
- 🔍 Searchable Recipients: Quickly check which recipients were delivered to, opened, clicked, or unsubscribed with a searchable recipients list.
- 🏷️ Quick Contact Actions: Jump straight into the Contacts index with filters applied for tagging or cleanup.
- 💾 Convert to Draft: Scheduled broadcasts can be converted back to draft without losing progress if you need to make changes.
