User can now make/save/delete workflows.
You can also share / receive pre build workflows via frameworks.

Hey William Meers Thank you for your feedback and adding this request. That's a great suggestion!
This is partially completed as you can now share your workflows with yourself, which is essentially cloning it. So you can make one as a template and share it as many times as you want.
We can keep this open though for the Preloaded Workflow Templates idea for our dev team for review and for others to vote on.
