Workflow Editor Performance Issue with Many Email/Delay Steps (Slow Loading & Reordering)
Naoto Tsurumura
I send long-term support emails to customers who have purchased my products.
For this purpose, I use a single workflow that contains around 100 email steps and about 100 delay steps. At this scale, the workflow editor becomes extremely slow.
Specifically:
- The workflow page takes a long time to load.
- Reordering or rearranging email steps is very slow and difficult to operate.
This issue occurs in both Chrome and Safari, so it does not seem to be browser-specific.
I would appreciate improvements to the page loading and editing performance of the workflow editor.
