Trigger Workflow Based on Survey Score

I need the ability to automatically trigger specific emails based on the score a user receives in a quiz. This feature would streamline my workflow by allowing me to send targeted emails without manual intervention. It would be beneficial if the system could automatically tabulate scores and trigger the corresponding email workflow.

I wanted to create a survey that would let customers pick 1 or maybe 2 assets, in this case, different workout programs, recipe packs, or habit transformation programs. I didn't want to give them access to everything at the opt in or low entry point but wanted them to know that other items existed and would let them choose what was most interesting to them. For example, a person who doesn't need a low carb recipe book, but a gluten free one would be the best option for them or someone who wants to work on lean muscle instead of losing fat. They could choose which item they would like to pick and its automatically sent out to them after the survey is finished.
