The navigation of submodules in a course sidebar is a bit frustrating. If a lesson is showing in the main course body, the submodule in the sidebar should be expanded by default.

CF Team: "...the ClickFunnels course sidebar does not have a built-in option to force submodules (or any modules/lessons) to stay expanded by default when a user is browsing the course.

"The sidebar settings allow you to control the visual style (Render Mode) and how many levels of hierarchy are visible (Course Depth), but even at the deepest setting, modules and lessons will still load in a collapsed state, requiring students to click to expand each module.

"There is no setting to auto-expand or keep submodules expanded on page load; this is a known limitation. Adjusting the Course Depth setting can show more levels in the sidebar, but it does not provide true "expanded by default" behavior for submodules or lessons."
