Send out a cancelation or reschedule link to your members/customer who scheduled your events.

My old scheduler in Acuity had part of the notification email that allowed clients to cancel or reschedule the appointment. It would be nice to have a link to add to the text/email notifications for scheduled appointments.

Appointments: customer ability to reschedule/cancel

As far as I can tell, customers don't currently have the ability to reschedule/cancel their appointments on their own? I created a test event and booked the test event but only received a Google Calendar invitation to the event. There's no reschedule/cancelation button.
The customer also didn't create an account or anything so I'm not sure how they could maybe log in and see their appointment there?
For paid 1-1s, do they then get a separate email to confirm their payment for that "product" ? But this probably won't have a reschedule/cancel button in there either.

Hey Erin Hart, thank you for your feedback! It seems that this feature request is already done and working in our system.
On appointment booking, both parties automatically get a Reschedule and Cancel link.
I've included pictures for what it looks like from both sides.
If this is not what you mean, please let me know and we'll see what we can do. If this satisfies what you're looking for, we'll keep this request closed.
If you have any questions about this please reach out to our support team for help. Thank you for your cooperation and enthusiasm!

David Lamoureux (Product Support Analyst) - Hi David. I don't see the option to add a reschedule or cancel link in my appointments app?
I was
only
able to find this when I went to "Scheduled Events" and then clicked to edit the event. However, me as the test customer, did not actually receive an email that had this reschedule/cancel link in it. I
only
received a Google Calendar invite link to an event. Nothing else.Thank you for your help, David & the rest of the support team!

Follow up to this: I test-rescheduled the event using the reschedule link I could ONLY find inside of my clickfunnels workspace. After rescheduling, THAT's when my test customer actually received the reschedule/cancel link in the google calendar update.
You have to fix something with the initial google calendar confirmation as that is currently NOT sending out the reschedule/cancel link.
Also, the test customer received BOTH the google calendar update
and
the system email that was supposed to go out to ME as the business owner/event host (screenshot attached). My actual workspace email didn't receive this email. The customer did.I also attached a screenshot of the initial confirmation/Google Calendar invite to the event after booking it (for the first time)
