In the cart funnels, there is a separate email that goes out for the main order, and then each individual upsell and downsell. This should all go out as one email as to not confuse customers and look like the system doesn't know what its doing.

This is also causing my warehouse (3PL) to send multiple packages! The power of the Cart Funnel is the Up Sell and Down Sell process, but this flaw wipes out that benefit - very frustrating! The additional sales are now causing me to lose money because of the additional overhead cost with my 3PL. When will this be fixed? This problem does not exist on other platforms. If I can't sell my product on CF I will have to go to another platform. I've learned a TON from Russell Brunson. I would prefer to do business with him, but my business is dead without this fix.

Merge all purchases done in a funnel in a single order

Currently purchases done on a order form, upsell, downsell, etc generate a separate order for each page. We want the option for all the purchases merged into a single order. This will allow for an easier and more streamlined customer service. Also, it will help when using integrations to manage a single order instead of "multiple" orders

Customer experience is confusing and creating extra workload answering emails to customer order confusion with multiple emails per order. please group all purchases with one email and one order number.

It is not possible to group every purchase made in the funnel as one order. We want that Order should be one. Flow is Order Page, Upsell, Downsell > This should add all these products to single Order

Agreed, it is not a great customer experience to have them as separate transactions. In my funnel, if a customer purchases the main order, then purchases upsell #1 and also purchases upsell #2, they will receive NINE emails about their orders. They will SIX emails from Payments.AI (1 invoice and 1 receipt per transaction) and they will receive THREE emails from CF as order confirmations.
Also, in this setup, we cannot use the verbiage "Your Order Has Not Been Placed Yet" because the customer will receive order notifications while they are still reading the first upsell
