Send copy of invoice to customer

Hi, we would like to be able to send a copy of the invoice to the customer or have this invoice be available to be downloaded from the Customer portal.

Keith Christensen I reached out to CF support team but I was told that this is something that they do not handle. I was advised to reach out to Payment AI which is a bit confusing on my part because my understating is that this feature was created by CF and not Payment AI?

This is great Keith Christensen. Thank you. In order to send the invoice, I take that we are downloading the PDF, right? If so, can you tell us how we can change the name from our organization ID to our company name? Please see attached image.

Is there a way for you to put our names in when you email us?
I don't know - do we have a similar problem when emailing our Members? Like it will populate with someone else's name than the person whose address it is sent to?
Notice I am "Caesi Bevis " - not "Elven..."

Caesi Bevis: When I replied and marked this as complete it sends out an email to everybody who voted on that post. You bring up a good point and in the future I will word my response differently to avoid any confusion. Thank you!

Keith Christensen: I did ask the support team but was told that this is not available as an option and would have to be requested as a feature. I’m sorry but I’m just not sure how not having the company name on the invoice would be beneficial.
