Automatically show "Sold Out" in the Add To Cart element for products that require fulfilment and do not have any inventory.

It would be even better if it also greyed out the "Add To Cart" button so they could not click it.

And the chefs kiss would be to add an opt-in option for customers to be notified when the product is back in stock. This would allow us to capture leads and keep interested customers engaged.
