Right now, when someone wants to schedule an appointment, they pick a date and time and then the button says "confirm" I have a lot of people (about 1/2) that close the window as soon as they hit confirm, not realizing they did not really book and appointment yet. (Then they're mad at me when i don't show up to the time they didn't acutally book...)

Maybe changing that button text to "Next Step" or putting a "Step 1 of 2" progress bar above the button would change that and get them to fill out the form and ACTUALLY make an appointment.
