I’m a long-time ClickFunnels user and early adopter of ClickFunnels 2.0. I run multiple funnels and rely heavily on communication with my leads and customers.

Right now there is a major friction point when it comes to SMS messaging.

Problem

Sending SMS broadcasts to a large list using Twilio through ClickFunnels is extremely difficult and time-consuming. The process for uploading lists, managing sending limits, and creating broadcasts is complicated and not designed for true large-scale messaging.

Because of this, many of us are forced to use third-party platforms like SimpleTexting, which becomes very expensive when sending to large lists.

What Competitors Are Doing

Platforms like GoHighLevel make this very simple. They allow users to:

• Send SMS broadcasts to thousands of contacts quickly

• Easily manage SMS campaigns from inside the CRM

• Have automated conversations with leads through AI text agents

This creates a much smoother communication system with leads.

Feature Request #1: Native SMS Broadcasting

I would love to see ClickFunnels 2.0 add a simple SMS broadcast feature where users can:

• Upload or select contacts

• Send a text message blast to thousands of people

• Include links to funnel pages

• Manage replies directly inside ClickFunnels

This would dramatically increase the value of Actionetics/CRM inside ClickFunnels.

Feature Request #2: AI SMS Conversation Bots

The second feature that would be incredibly powerful is AI-powered SMS conversation agents.

For example:

• AI responds automatically when someone replies to a text

• AI answers common questions

• AI helps move leads toward booking calls or purchasing

• AI can follow up with leads automatically

This would allow ClickFunnels users to scale conversations with their audience without manually replying to thousands of texts.

Why This Matters

Text messaging is currently one of the highest converting communication channels, and having a native system inside ClickFunnels would remove the need for expensive third-party tools.

Adding these two features would make ClickFunnels an even stronger all-in-one marketing platform.
