When a company has more than one brand (i.e. workspace) MessageHub will not allow us to move a message to another MessageHub inbox, only forward the transcript of the convo to another email. That forward doesn't allow us to reply to the original conversation to the customer who originally emailed in. I know this is possible to code because it is a feature in Hubspot and one that we sorely miss since moving to Clickfunnels 2.0.
