Right now the MCP can create_course_lesson, create_course_module, update_course_lesson, and update_course_module, but we cannot List Courses, List Modules or List Lessons so in order to Update any Lesson or Module we would need to know the ID for those items.

So we need to be able to ask the AI to give us a list of all Courses to choose from, then all Modules within that chosen Course and finally the Lesson we wish to Update.

When adding a Lesson to an Existing Course we can ask for a list of Courses, then that Course's Modules and choose which Module within which to add the Lesson.

These features are also needed in the Blog Post creator for the MCP.
