This is already available. You're describing our older MCP connector, which is one workspace per connection. There's a newer app-native MCP server that does exactly what you're asking for. Reconnect using agents.myclickfunnels.com/mcp instead of mcp.myclickfunnels.com/sse.

Each OAuth authorization binds the connection to a single workspace, and no tool
can switch so changing workspace means a full re-authorize that drops every
tool mid-session. Your own MCP page already promises multi-workspace access
("select which workspaces this connection may access"), but the sign-in screen
is single-select. Please ship it or add an optional workspace_id on tool calls.
