Labels for theme colors

Provide labels to explain what the colors in the theme color inside of style represent.
Eg which are background, which are text ect.

A few more spots to save colors in the style guide would be nice.
Add a designation if the color is used in Backgrounds (like a BG underneath it) so you know if you change that one you are going to affect the sections
