Fix page names when duplicating funnels

When we duplicate a funnel and update the Page name and step URL's on the duplicate, that should reflect on the new pages but the duplicated funnel still shows "Copy of" and isn't updating to the new page name.

When you are creating a page based on a previous page. The names make no sense and don't match the actual funnel name / step. This turns a 2 minute job into an hour job because you have to search through all the pages (waiting for the screen shots to load each time). The page names should be accurate and update, when they get chnaged. Then we can easily search for the,
