I’d like to request a feature that would dramatically improve email deliverability, engagement, and segmentation accuracy inside the Broadcasts tool.
Feature Requested:
The ability to segment and send broadcasts specifically to:
✔️ contacts who did not open a previous email
At the moment, we can’t filter or exclude “non-openers” when sending a broadcast. This limits our ability to:
-resend campaigns to non-openers to increase deliverability,
-avoid sending unnecessary duplicates to people who already opened,
-maintain a clean sender reputation,
-and run basic A/B resend strategies that are standard in email marketing.
Why this matters:
Most modern email systems (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) allow “opened/not opened” segmentation because it is essential for:
-boosting total open rates
-keeping engagement high
-preventing list fatigue
-and improving inbox placement in Gmail/Outlook
Without this feature, broadcasts become less targeted, and engagement metrics naturally drop.
