Hey there Andrea Peer - currently we are able to add a .GIF to your Image Element in the Editor, as long as it is hosted somewhere besides ClickFunnels.
We're working on adding .GIF support for image uploads to the Image Gallery in CF2.0, so expect that to come soon.
