When a customer from Ceuta or Melilla in Spain wants to place an order, he can select his state, because according your team, these are not states but uniprovincial communities. I think that's just a technical concept but we need them to appear within the states so customers can place orders correctly.

I am from Singapore, and we are a very small country

In the marketing address, there is a requirement to indicate State / Province / Region and select a specified field (e.g. Central Singapore Community Development Council, etc.) This is incorrect as these are government bodies, not a regional land space.

Can this field be amended to make it optional?

If not, can some flexibility be given to allow us to indicate our own text (e.g. for Singapore to remove Community Development Council, that is amend to

Central Singapore

North East Singapore

North West Singapore

South East Singapore

South West Singapore)
