I am happy to announce this feature is complete!
In the Checkout Element, click Contact Form > there you will see options to show limited billing info or toggle it off completely.
Please note: if you are selling a physical product, the Shipping Address must show itself and it will do so automatically.

David Lamoureux (Product Support Analyst) This is great. Thanks!
How do you validate credit cards without billing info or at the least country + postal code?

Hey Funnel Hackers! Thank you for your feedback and patience as we are in progress working to make this possible with our V2 checkout element.
Unfortunately I cannot provide an ETA on release of this for our V2 checkout, but I wanted to let you know this is already possible in the Legacy Checkout element in the advanced settings tab, and as long as no address is needed for a physical shipping product.
If you have any questions about this or need any help with it, please reach out to our support team for help.

David Lamoureux (Product Support Analyst) great, thank you for this update and reply!
How about the "currency sign" that currently we are only able to set on $'s.
Is it possible to use, let's say, a € sign?
D
David Lamoureux (Product Support Analyst)
Kelly Schat: Of course! My pleasure =)
The currency sign in the checkout elements should update automatically based on the currency set in your workspace.
See here for how to set your currency: https://support.myclickfunnels.com/support/solutions/articles/150000156768-payments-ai-setting-gateway-currencies-and-your-clickfunnels-workspace

In the editor it shows the dollar sign. So, when it goed live, it will automatically show the currency feom our workspace? I'll check it out (pun intended) and report back.

Kelly Schat: Ok great. Sounds good. I would also make sure to reach out to support to help you with this, and they should be able to help you get it sorted out.

Thank you! In the past I already emailed them. They told me this could not be fixed or is not possible. Which I find very strange, since your marketing is also geared towards other countries then USA.
Your reply got me hoping ans whishing.. But unfortunatly The check-out, legacy and CF 2.0 both didn't not show me the euro sign.

Kelly Schat: I checked your ticket history and see that 12 days ago Aimee from tech support sent you an email showing you how it might be possible for you to connect to the Ideale gateway to stripe and she mentioned the same thing I did about setting your workspace currency and it will appear in your checkout element. Please check your emails for that email.
I know this is possible because I have a friend in UK who has a check out element without any custom code and hers shows the euro sign in the checkout element.
If you cannot connect ideal, you can still try using the other gateways like Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and NMI.

Merged in a post:
Allow making fields optional in the order form
Steven Deneir
In the order form element, there is the need to fill out the address.
For B2C digital products this is not needed - in our region at least.
So while it is OK for buyers to fill out the info if they want, address information should not be mandatory.
Settings to indicate optional / mandatory fields would be very useful.
Arleen Triolo
there should be an option for order forms without shipping address - I think it can hurt sales for digital products!!
Selene Chaves
Awesome!! It is completely unnecessary for online assets. I am assuming it will be available for physical products.

Guys this is the worst move to remove this from the new checkout. What is the purpose? Please put this ability back asap it's effecting conversions and making CF less effective :( So strange to have it and then remove it?
