Discounts - Update the Checkout to make the discount code input easier to find
complete
Jason Barry
It would be great to have the Checkout updated so that the discount code input box is not hidden. Currently, a customer has to click on the "Summary" tab in order to reveal the discount code box... which makes it unlikely for them to actually find it.
It would be great if the discount code could be placed elsewhere in the checkout form and made so that it is easier to find... or if the "Summary" box was automatically expanded then that could work as well.

I completely agree Jason! This is preventing us from moving to ClickFunnels as our main payment platform. We offer discounted options for our discount customers. We offer discounted coaching products for many customers.

EDIT: IF WE COULD JUST HAVE THE OPTION TO KEEP THE ORDER SUMMARY SECTION OPEN INSTEAD OF COLLAPSED, IT WOULD FIX IT FAST.
We're having trouble with customers looking for the Discount code section and they aren't finding it because it's hidden until they put all their information in.
Is there a way to make the discount code field easier for people to find?

100% agree. I don't know what it is with this Clickfunnels 2.0 but it seems everything makes it harder for the user. the magic link login is a nightmare for my customers, and when I try to do a promotion giving them a coupon code, and no one can find it and are totally confused, and end up buying at full price then asking for a refund...another total nightmare of a promotion. We need these things to work and be easy for the user.

To be honest, I can't understand how you can hide the field like that... This makes the much-celebrated "coupon code" feature worthless. A user who wants to enter the code somewhere and can't find the field cancels the purchase process!!!
What makes things even worse is that he can only make the field visible once he has entered his data above. But who bothers to enter his details if he thinks he won't get his discount?
And I always thought Clickfunnels was developed by practitioners...
