Customize Unsubscribe Page

It's really nice to see that the unsubscribe page doesn't have the Cf logo on it, like in 1.0. Please give us the option to add our own logo or allow at least some customization on the unsubscribe page for us. Thanks for considering this feature.

The unsubscribe link in the email footer should match the custom domain brand name, NOT the "myclickfunnels" brand. This is basically free advertising for ClickFunnels and is not helpful . I may need a refund if this cannot be fixed. I am a web developer and do not mind coding from scratch.

Yes, pretty please! Change unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails to be our own domain, PLUS the option to add our own logo to the unsub page after clicking the unsub link.

Yes and when i go to edit the unsubscribe button, it is far down on the email and looks like it is floating at the end. i would like to be able to edit this please!
