Any updates on this? I really need to be able to resend emails to people who didn't open the previous email within a workflow. Thank you

The same thing happens to me:

I have a workflow with a sequence of emails with waiting intervals between them. These emails are of the "Send Email" step type that are configured within the Workflow (They are not of the "Broadcast" type).

So I want to assign a Conditional Step based on whether the prospect opened the last email, then I can assign a label.

This is very important for us to be able to have a good contact segmentation.

Hey Funnel Hackers! This feature is partially complete, as you can set a conditional split path in a workflow based on if they opened a broadcast email.

We will leave this open and now focus it on an email step inside a workflow.

This was discussed during FHL 2023 by Perry Belcher. He said to wait until someone opens a previous email before sending offer emails.
