I would like to request that ClickFunnels adds a native System Email for the ClickFunnels Calendar that sends an automatic appointment confirmation immediately after a booking is made, and includes all appointment details dynamically.
Requested feature:
  • A built-in System Email
  • Trigger: Appointment Booked
The email should automatically include dynamic appointment fields such as:
  • Appointment date
  • Appointment time
  • Time zone
  • Appointment name/type
  • (Optional but highly useful: location/meeting link, calendar name, reschedule/cancel link)
Why this is needed:
A booking confirmation email with the exact appointment details is a standard requirement for any online scheduling system. Without it, customers may not have clarity on what they booked and when.
Expected outcome:
After a customer books an appointment, ClickFunnels automatically sends a confirmation email that contains the complete appointment information, without requiring manual workarounds or external tools.
