Change Order Confirmation Language

I need the ability to change the language of the order confirmation element in ClickFunnels. Currently, there is no feature to edit the language, and I would like to have this option to better serve my diverse customer base.

It looks like you can translate the whole site and have easter egg bits here and there which just can't be translated at all
