This is a really important element to be added to the CRM/Opportunities. The whole point of the pipeline is track our leads and record when we follow up with them. At the moment I am using Notes to record it each time. However, it should be clearer and being able to schedule when the calls are going to be made and set reminders for the next follow up would be really helpful.
