Hey Funnel Hackers! I'm excited to bring you a quick update: We are in the process of making improvements to our webhooks and associating them with specific funnels / pages / products etc.

The ability to have webhooks fire by funnel rather than be account wide. Currently webhooks fire off based on an event, regardless of what funnel the webhook was added to. Having the ability to select what funnels trigger the webhooks will make for a less confusing experience.

So if my store is print on demand to Printful (who doesn't use Zapier anymore) does this mean any other web hook through a separate funnel would go to Printful too?

Agreed. Really need to know which funnel the contact originated from that triggered the webhook. Without it, it's just a generic contact entry. Maybe there is another way to tell? Perhaps tags can be set on the contact, but as far as I can tell this is a manual task and not done at contact created through a form.

Please include custom fields in webhook data! If we take the time to create a custom field, we need that data. This is crucial for using zapier to get the data to where we need it.

While I do not necessarily disagree or agree with some of the comments, I would go as far as to say Webhooks & Workflows need to be more accessible, first and foremost. The user interface is great if you have an idea about what you're doing. However, somethings are only accomplishable through the process of complex funnel & webhook mapping in tandem with the workflows. I would say that it requires more informational videos or a short explanation for those attempting to utilize them. Especially with third party applications. Some of the questions/conflicts on this thread are valid, but some are not - rather they have not looked into the features in too much depth. I've loved CF since 2019/2020 - I hope to see it prosper further!
