animate the progress bar in a funnel

I'd like the progress bar to be able to animate so that when they land on the page it is at zero and when the timer hits zero and the next page loads the progress bar hits full so that there is a visual representation for after someone takes a survey before they end up on the opt-in page.

YES. They had this in Classic and I am shocked they didn't bring it over into the new version. The animated progress bar converts so much better!
