Currently there is only an option for AND (not or).

My suggestion is to eliminate the text at the top "All Rules must be true for a contact to arrive at the associated outcome."

In between each additional rule, users would select 'and' or 'or'. This means multiple answers / scores could lead to the same next step.

Andy Maloney Came here to ask for this exact feature; needed it in a survey today. Wasn’t there. Had to say “Answer is NOT this and NOT that and NOT this other thing and NOT this fourth thing and NOT this fifth thing and NOT this sixth thing and NOT this seventh thing and NOT this eight thing” for like…4 separate splits. Not a good time.
