Allow Option to choose skip trial or not skip trial on Upgrades/Downgrades

Give us the option to skip the trial or not. In more situations than not, I'm finding that I want the trial to NOT be skipped.
For example: The customer is already on a subscription and is about to cancel, but we present a save offer of "get your next month for $1." We need them to take an upgrade (Also, don't love that it has to either say upgrade or downgrade on the checkout) offer that has a paid trial of $1. But it's forcing the skip of a trial, so this isn't possible.
Another scenario is they are subscribed to our level 1 subscription and we offer them a subscription of level 2, but level 2 is wrapped up into an offer where they get 6 months of it free before they start getting charged the monthly fee. We need the trial to not get skipped.
