For some reason upon adding an affiliate through my affiliate "opt in" funnel, their name and email data fields get pulled together.

This causes them to get added as "Name + Email" under their name, instead of just having their name field come through.

The opt in fields are set up correctly yet this this issue persists through the "adding and affiliate" workflow and CF support also could not solve this.
