Additional tiers for affiliate programs

I would like to have more tiers for affiliate programs, preferably with the ability to add as many as needed, but at least three tiers as a minimum. I would also like to set conditions for moving individuals up in tiers, such as after completing a course, for example.

Hey Sam Carter Thank you for your feedback and adding this request. I believe you may be confusing tiers with commission plans. 
A commission plan is how much an affiliate is assigned to be paid. These you can already assign to affiliates and make as many as you need to. We are in progress working on assigning commission plans in a workflow. This would allow you to do what you are looking for when they complete a course.
