ActiveCampaign has tracking on broadcast. It does one better, if a sales person sends a single follow up email, it can even track if that one email was opened. Very handy for people who go on radio silence. At least you know they saw it. Unfortunately, it is not 100% certain because of the way Apple handles email, however, some tracking is better than no tracking.

I just completed a broadcast email. I have many people who opened the email and a few who clicked, but didn't purchase. It would be great to have a list of these people specifically so I can call then and/or email them to follow up. Thank you much.--Storm

Would be awesome to have more insights on email activity... and be able to filter by:
Has been sent - Campaign/broadcast - Any campaign
Has not opened
Has not clicked on a link
Has not replied
Otherwise, it's hard to keep a list clean on CF2 without using external tools.

It would be SUPER helpful if we could separate out the subscribers from our email list that either (1) opened, or (2) did NOT open\, our Broadcasts. We could then re-target them for various reasons, in various ways...thank you

Would love to be able to create Segments based on contacts that have opened an email in the last 30, 60, 90, etc. days. As well as segments for contacts that have clicked in an email in a similar timeframe.

To add on to this, it would be awesome to be able to segment people broadcasts were were sent to previously or other contacts that have say received a specific email in a workflow
