I would like to be able to at least delete a contact filter, but better would be the ability to adjust the filter parameters.

Hey Marshall Latham Thank you for your feedback and adding this request. That's a great suggestion! Just wanted to give you a quick update. This request is halfway complete. 
You can now edit your saved filters, you just can't delete them at the moment.
We'll be sure to keep this open for others to vote on and for our dev team for review.
