Ability to unhide locked/dripped modules and lessons

Please add the ability to show course modules and lessons that are locked when using the default course style. That way users can get an idea of the entire course rather than not knowing how many more modules and lessons there are until they unlock one. This is currently an option in the sidebar element when using the advanced customization/theme but not in the default course style. Thank you!
