It's still not clear to me how to edit a filter. I tried changing the LTV variable, it didn't stick.

Same. Make it possible to at least delete a contact filter, but better would be the ability to also adjust it. Not being able to delete incorrect or no longer used filters is straight up annoying. This is so basic that I'm surprised that's even an issue.

You can now edit your saved filters, you just can't delete them at the moment.
