Add Date and Time Merge Tags in Workflow Emails

Hey Daan Hoving Thank you for your feedback and adding this request.
There is currently a way to do this at the bottom of each event type. If you scroll down to the bottom you will see there is an appointment reminder option, then click the merge tags and you'll see the date and time options there.
I just tested using those short codes in a regular workflow email, and they do not work there yet, just so you are aware, I already tried that.
This request can be refocused to getting those merge tags working in a workflow email. For that purpose, we'll be sure to keep this open for others to vote on and for our dev team for review.

Katie Sloan: Ok cool. Thank you for your response. In the meantime, you can set appointment reminder emails to be sent from the event settings. This will include the scheduled event time.

David Lamoureux (Product Support Analyst) This doesn't let you send a confirmation email after booking (only reminders).
It's also not possible to set up via a work flow. Even when the trigger is set to appointment, it still doesn't give you merge tags for the date / time of the call.
We need a way to send a customized email confirmation.
